What is Spice Not?
Spice Not is an independent hot sauce brand. We make crushed hot sauces and a chile de árbol powder built around flavor rather than extreme heat. We crush our peppers instead of blending them, so you can see the real ingredients in every bottle. Spice Not was founded by a 10-year-old and is made with real ingredients and no shortcuts.
What does Spice Not make?
Spice Not makes hot sauces and a seasoning powder: a chunky garlic habanero hot sauce (Gabanero), a smoky chipotle habanero hot sauce (Chibano), and a pure chile de árbol powder (Chilbo). All Spice Not sauces are gluten free and made with real, recognizable ingredients.
What makes Spice Not different?
Most hot sauces are blended smooth with fillers. Spice Not crushes the peppers so you can actually see the garlic and pepper pieces. The philosophy is flavor first — heat is a seasoning, not the whole point. The result is hot sauce that tastes like real food, with heat that never overshadows the flavor.

How spicy is each Spice Not sauce?
Chibano (smoky chipotle habanero) is the most approachable — a slow, building smoky burn. Gabanero (garlic habanero) is bolder and sharper, with a real garlicky kick. Chilbo (chile de árbol powder) is bright and sharp; since it's a dry powder you control the heat by how much you sprinkle. None of them are trying to destroy you — they just hit right.
